“Heavy-gat”– short for heavy rains and hanging habagat. It has been raining cats and dogs for almost a week now due to monsoon rains, and 90% of Metro Manila have been submerged in floods. Number of affected families are continuing to raise, not to mention death toll. God bless their soul. God bless for those who are stranded in the road. God bless the homeless. It pains me to see this type of deluge that affect anyone.
